I think there will be a price to pay for this attitude. Perhaps we are beginning to pay it already, some of us more than others.
The price is definitely already being paid!! And another sad part is that many people do not have the language or are gatekeeping themselves out or for whatever other reasons can’t admit that they too are experiencing the trauma and the burnout and the overall toll of living through this time. When we power through, we contribute to upholding it to some extent…
